Climate Change Climate change – To What extent is man’s responsible for an increase in global temperature? The world’s climate is changing, and the changes will have an enormous impact on our planet’s people, ecosystems, cities, and energy use. Also, Global warming may affect the average global air temperature is already 1.5 degrees to 0.15 degrees due to carbon emission. However, the changes could be significant with its small but dispersed in the future. Most experts and researches have proved that changes caused by humans, it may be from carbon emission that traps gases from factors like: car exhaust, factories, power station release to the atmosphere after burning fossil fuels forming cloud leads to an acid rain. Carbon dioxide was the…show more content…
Also, china demands on natural resources like oil, natural gas, and timber which conflict on economy and people that’s why china is the largest emitter of greenhouse gas. However, India depends on human activity in factories which release carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide emission in the atmosphere. In the second case, U.S has many cities like: Los Anglos is a valley where there is temperature inversion and warm air form from factories and power station replacing the cold air which form a cloud in the air from the emission which are carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide. U.K has heavy rainfall and flood due to melting of ice caps leads to increase the level of the river that lead to destroy the water resource and spreading a lot of disease that result from global warming rising the world average temperature. Finally, with the 3rd case, Project was held in japan 2005 by WWF and result by Climate Witness Symposium which says that kabara island is surfing from fresh water due to lack of rain cause by climate change while other islands in japan suffer from floods and…show more content…
U.S works with China, India to grow their economics which reduce their intake of carbon emission. Moreover, Ministry of India agreed to install the capacity of renewable energy, improving the air quality and enhancing afforestation. This is leading to break the poverty cycle of hunger increasing their lifestyle. Concerning the second case, U.K was only the country which decreases its annual emission since 1960, from 159 to 135 million tons in 2010, with the help of U.S Environmental Protection Agency to put a limited for a use of coal, oil, natural gas. In 2010 U.S was responsible for increasing 0.15 degrees in the world average temperature since industrialization. So U.S made many efforts to reduce the carbon emission by increasing the price of fuel. Concerning the third case, Countries initially met in japan for Kyoto protocol conference to reduce the carbon footprint. This conference is now replaced in Denmark where countries agreed to reduce carbon emission by developing alternative energy and encourage people to use public
