2.0 Introduction Web 2.0 is second generation web designed that include features such as information sharing, relationship, communication and interoperability (Tripathi and Kumar, 2010). It is known as dynamic web and two way communication. The Web 2.0 provides services such as social networking, video and photo sharing, blogging, microblogging, social bookmaking, wikis and resources organising. Besides, the Web 2.0 tools function to promote, services, share information and communication with users. The Web 2.0 was innovation from web 1.0 and it also knows as second generation. The Web 1.0 is basic web or static web that user can read only and cannot communicate directly to others person. Compare to Web 2.0 that function as dynamic web that can communicate directly to others person through comment, chat, video conferences and others. The existence of Web 2.0 encourages the growing of Web 2.0 in academic library. Elisha Ondieki Makori (2013) mention the usage web 2.0 in academic libraries are to promoting knowledge society, promoting and extending information services, promoting online collaboration, communication and sharing. Besides, the user gets the accurate or inaccurate information by using this Web 2.0. Gajendra Sharma and Li Baoku (2013) mention ease of use means as easy to understand and use. It includes how the user can locate the material that their need and fulfil the need of user by using website. In other hand, the website is function as a quickly and easily medium that assist user find what the user looking for (Parasuraman, A., Zeithaml, V.A. and Malhotra, A 2005). Besides, this aspect was supported by Benbunan-Fich, (2001) mention that ease of use is important factor in web site design that related to final satisfaction of users and it is supported by most of the researcher. Apart from that, ease of use is main aspect that should use as criteria to measure the user satisfaction. 2.2.2 Services quality and maintenance The services quality is how the library serves their services to the user either user satisfied or not to the services to the user.
