The Situation Analysis helps ensure the relevance to find out the best course of action by learning about community attitudes and practices regarding violence against Students. By identifying what has already been done to address violence against Students and what results and lessons were obtained. Bullying is not a new issue for schools, since it has been present for a long time; however, only in recent years its importance has been recognized. It randomly chooses people and it happens in every department. This will greatly affect the performance of the student not only toward education but also in other aspects. This leads to a poor grade in academics, loss of self-esteem, bad social life, depression, and could lead to death. Eventually everyone has seen or experienced bullying. There is no surprise at bullying being present in school. Just about everyone can remember some experience in grade school or high school when they were picked on or saw someone get picked on. However, today’s bullying seems to be a world of difference from what was experienced in the past years ago. It seems to be more vicious, adult-like, and damaging. For students, school is difficult not just because of having to study and to try to receive good grades, but also because there exists a specific hierarchic environment they have to fit in with. Those who cannot do so often become victims of bullying and being harassed by their more “successful” peers. Bullying has always been a serious problem for schools. Although some people tend to see bullying as any conflict or act of violence occurring between students. Bullying ranges from simple one-on-one bullying to more complex bullying in which the bully may have one or more 'lieutenants' who may seem to be willing to assist the primary bully in his or her bullying activities.
