I think that this organization is awesome and doing a good deed to ensure people all over the appropriate care they need. Doctors that are volunteering their time when people need help the most have impacted so many lives. Many organizations reach out to the government because they feel as though they need their funding to achieve their goal, but Medicins Sans Frontier can provide people medical attention with help from non-government funds. These doctors risk their lives when they enter war zones and areas with epidemic outbreaks to help others. They reach out to populations that include men, women, children, and as you said prisoners. They do not discriminate but instead they help people that deal with discrimination when they are rejected
