Cossette was created in 1972 and is a division of Vision 7. Claude Lessard and five other partners invested their own money and bought Cossette a then graphic design studio in Quebec City. In 1977 Cossette won the McDonalds account in Quebec City, which became their biggest client at that time and a client that they still retain. Cossette is located within Canada, the United States and parts of Europe. Some of the other big clients that Cossette holds include Air Canada, Old El Paso and General Mills. Some of the things that Cossette offers it’s clients include advertising, graphic design, promotions, digital marketing, direct marketing, and world-class advertising. That allows us to turn ideas into results in real time (Cossette About Page, 2013). This mission statement is based off of the idea of live engagement, but what is live engagement? According to Cossette it is their way of “answering the immediacy, proximity, and speed of today’s communication environment” (Cossette About Page, para 1, 2013). It helps them create real-time relationships with both their and their clients customers and it allows them to see how people are reacting to your brand and the advertisements. Cossette corporate culture is describe to be an entrepreneurial culture. They are built on a foundation of independence, innovation and fearlessness (Cossette About Page, 2013). They go against the grain and play by their own rules. Creating a culture unique to Cossette.
