Financial Policy for cosmetic surgery Thank you for choosing Your Medicos S.C. for your surgery needs. We appreciate you entrusting your care to us. The following is a summary of our financial policy for cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery is elective and not covered by your health insurance. Patient consulting for a cosmetic service will receive a complimentary consultation. You will be provided with an all-inclusive surgery quote on the day of your consultation. A scheduling deposit of $500.00 will be required to reserve a day for your surgery. This deposit will be applied to your surgery cost. If you reschedule your procedure three business days prior the appointment, we will apply your deposit to new surgical date. Cancellations within three business days of the appointment or no-show will forfeit your deposit. Payment in full is required seven business days prior to the day of the appointment. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if payment in full is not received seven business days prior to the procedure date.…show more content…
