The first Ten Amendments are the amendments that make up the Bill of Rights. The fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh amendments talk about the rights of the accused and the criminal justice. The rights of the accused give each person the safety of which papers, or any effects against to any unfair searches, which a person cannot be subjected to the same offence twice. Also no individual cannot be seized for a crime or else a notorious crime except that the individual is charged by a grant jury. And according to the Fifth Amendment that states the Due Process, which is a set of regulations that protects people’s rights, this process is the only one that the promises of protection that’s in the Bill of Rights.
