I question how you interpreted how the Washington v. Glucksberg case which states that there is no constitutional right to have assistance when committing suicide when stating the right to privacy as a reason. In the Supreme Courts conclusion of the case, the court stated that states had a commitment to the protection and preservation of human life. In the courts mind, if people were to start committing suicide that it could lead to a loss in the value of life, and due to this loss it would cause various legal problems in the near future. Also how the right to privacy was not a valid argument try looking at the cases of Krischer v. Mclver, and Sampson v. State. In both cases the two different state Supreme Courts concluded that both
