Extrajudicial punishments are mostly seen by humanity to be unethical, since they bypass the due process of the legal jurisdiction in which they occur. This is the acts that are predominantly seen as vigilante which is carried out by the private groups as well as the homicides that are committed by the states without legal proceedings. Unlawful killings in the Philippines since 30 June 2016, those killed are alleged to have involved to the drug trade, either as drug dealers or pushers, in a nationally televised speech on 5 June, Pres. Duterte stated that he will offer huge bounties to those who turn in drug lords, either dead or alive. The President also promised the large sums of money as reward for the death of suspected criminals, he also said that he would give security forces “shoot to kill” orders against criminals or those who resisted to arrest. These pronouncements have sparked alarm that the President’s anti-crime drives that lead to the widespread of human rights violations. Drugs related killings are extrajudicial executions that directly implicate the police.War on drugs describes that only the poor disproportionately are the targets.
