Extrajudicial punishments are mostly seen by humanity to be unethical, since they bypass the due process of the legal jurisdiction in which they occur. This is the acts that are predominantly seen as vigilante which is carried out by the private groups as well as the homicides that are committed by the states without legal proceedings.
