In 2014, international journal of curdiology published a study that suggested that children from ages 2 to 10 who watched TV for more than 2 hours is 30% more likely to get high blood pressure compared to those kids who spend less time on TV. If you watch alot of TV, there is a high chance of obesity and stereotyped thinking. Kids who watch alot of TV gets low grades in school. Kids who watch alot of TV always makes wrong food choices, which make them unhealthy. TV may be linked with social isolations. Children's advocates are divided when it comes to solution like watching TV. Although many urge for more hours per week of educational programming, other's assert that zero TV is the best solution. And some say it's better for parents to control the use of TV and to teach kids that it's for occasional entertainment, not for constant escapiscen. That's why it's so important for parents to monitor the content of TV programming and set viewing limits to ensure that your kids don't spend too much time parked in front of TV.
