According to the article, the matching process is takes 2 hours for those patients whose blood did not test positive, and it will take more time for those patients who did test positive. For improvement, the hospital should speed up the matching process by reduce the time taken for souring appropriate blood products. Also, the hospital need to make sure samples received by the laboratory should be as early as possible to avoid the delay due to the increase demands from other clinics and departments. (b)Men-Sometime the Porter take longer than expected to carry the blood between sites because he wants to carry more blood at once rather than coming again, this resulted in the first blood sample waiting
