[1]To aid healthcare management, data mining applications can be developed to better identify and track chronic disease states and high-risk patients, design appropriate interventions, and reduce the number of hospital admissions and claims. Text Mining: Text mining, also referred to as text data mining, roughly equivalent to text analytics, refers to the process of deriving high-quality information from text. [5] By using text mining technique we will extract meaningful information of a particular patient from the health care system. These techniques will provide a result in health care system for grouping the patients having similar types of disease or health related issues so that health care system can provide them effective treatment. [3]The purpose of Text Mining is to process unstructured (textual) information, extract meaningful numeric indices from the text, and, thus, make the information contained in the text accessible to the various data mining (statistical and machine learning) algorithms. By mining the comments of doctors’ diagnosis transcripts, outputs can yield information that benefits the healthcare industry in numerous ways. The main objective of this research study is to depict the text mining process and examine its role of interest by exploring practical real-world instances where text mining has been successfully applied in health care system to take effective decisions. Research Methodology: 1. Types of Research: Descriptive type of studies will be used in research work. 2. Sampling Technique & Description: Convenience sampling will be followed as a sampling technique and sample size will comprises of the respondents on a random basis in medical industries. 3. Source of data collection: Primary data will be collected through questionnaire and survey method. Secondary data will be collected through books, journals, medical industry reports and internet.
