Anthony Volotsenko Fitness Fitness is an importance for your health. People don’t quite understand that. A body without exercise is the same as a machine kept inactive. Inactivity will make the machine turn rusty and later become useless. It is crucial that people maintain body health. Maintaining our bodies healthy, well, and fit include exercise daily. The exercises increase our stamina and heart health. Another thing is choosing foods that offer minerals, vitamins, and elements to the body. Lifting weight also offers us a way of getting rid of fat, increasing muscle mass, and boosting the immune system. Reducing stress is also important in shaping the health of our minds. But the difference is, now everything that was fat before, turned into muscle over the past years. I remember in gym class I could only do around 8 push ups, and that was me already pushing myself. Now, I can do 50 without breaking a sweat. It might not be a lot but it is a much bigger difference. Everyone around me was proud of me. I already forgot that I was doing this for the bullying to stop. I thought I was just doing to this to look and feel great. I am so happy that I did this. People used to look at me as the ugly fat boy and treat me like complete garbage. Now, people look to me with respect and treat me like an equal. To have them look at me like that is great. It’s all I ever wanted. While I was at the doctor, he was telling her how I am very pleased your son lost weight. My mom gave a curious towards him. I just stood there with a confused look. The doctor then started to explain that he thought with the way I kept gaining weight last year, I would die from obesity. Hearing that brought all the memories of the bullies. I was speechless. I am very glad that the bullies gave me a push to do the thing that I should have done awhile go. I could have died this year if I hadn’t lost the
