Introduction The e-commerce sector in India is projected to cross USD80 billion by 2020 and USD 300 billion by 2030 as per INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF RESEARCH IN COMMERCE, IT & MANAGEMENT, Volume No. 6 (2016), Issue No. 7 (July). With this growth there will be lot of factors responsible to make this happen. A key aspect of this would be the infrastructure to provide services to huge customer base.
