Christians are people who have professed Christianity and its teachings. Christian World Views are the way Christians view situations and ideas by combining the two. Christian World views vary from every individual depending on the individual believes and their religion. We all have different Christian worldviews. World views affect the way we view life. Christian world views are formed by the education we receive growing up, our culture, and literature that we are exposed to. A Christian worldview can also be defined as the framework from which we view reality and make sense of life and the world that we live in. Any individual that has a Christian Worldview is attempting to perceive the world from a biblical standpoint. A Christian worldview is a style. Throughout life we choose to represent Christ. As Christians our attitudes, words, and action should differ from others within the organization. Servant Christian leaders should stand out as positive role models of moral behavior in the workplace. My Christian Worldview has an effect on me in my workplace. It affects how I treat my coworkers and how I treat the managers and supervisors within my department. My major is HealthCare Administration. This is a major where the decisions that I make could have a potential influence over many people as well as the organization. As Christians we should see working as a gift from God.
