Moreover, Joseph observed that “brown rice helps control the level of blood sugar in order to prevent diabetes” (2015). I think if we eat brown rice instead of white rice it can reduce this problem. Moreover, Linda believed that consuming brown rice is able to decrease the risk to be diabetes less than people who consume white rice daily (2014).
