When the political environment is stable and liberal, the economic development will be smooth; on the contrary, the economic development will be stagnation and depression. 1.1.1 The role of economy on political institution Fundamentally, the economy is as a medium of education in order to impact on the political institution. Because of the despotic governor will be the personal benefit above all over the interests of the whole society. In order to preserve their dominant interests, they must build level and enslave mental and control words and deeds. In this closed and unjust environment, people gradually lost their independence and creativity and positivity so that also makes the economic development to lost power. At the same time, the dictator regulates the economic activities without according to the market discipline, but to regulate various economic activities rely on the mandatory plan. They make a decision not by what they effectively manage but by what power holder’s individual will to do that.
