Black Beard was one of the MOST feared pirates in the Caribbean and the Atlantic. Throughout 1716-1718 Black Beard and his crew would attack other pirates ships at dawn when the fog made it hard for others to see. Black Beard had it all figured out he would send up the countries flag so that the opposing ship would think they were friendly but at the last minute he would send up his own flag. If the opposing ship didn't surrender then Black Beard and his crew would take action taking out the ships sailor. After the ship was no longer under control and was going off course it made it a easier target. Now that the ship was so easy to take control of Black Beards ship would move in taking over the ship and ransacking the place looking for anything
