The legend of the Anzacs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) was born on the 25th of April in 1915. The legend is that the Anzac troops helped establish a good reputation for their country through qualities of strength and bravery when faced with the challenges in World War One. The legend is that the Anzacs endured so much hardships in the war and the courage that the Anzacs showed has given Australia something to be proud of. The Anzacs along with the other armies went to war to battle on the Western Front, The major battles of the Western Front took place in France and Belgium. These are some the many battles the Anzac soldiers fought in which gave them the right to be called a legend. On the twenty-fifth of April every year Australians celebrate Anzac Day, Australians celebrate Anzac Day to commemorate the Anzac soldiers who died in World War one and World War two.
