The main source to living is memory. This is supported by Elie Wiesel’s quote, “Without memory, there is no culture. Without memory, there would be no civilization, no society, no future.” Through many centuries, history was created to prove existence and prevalence. With the continuous growth of generation, people began educating themselves about the world. The two main sources that benefit this growth is most likely communication and culture. Communicating with others demonstrates the spark for cooperation, creation, ideas, and motivation. Along with communication, culture maintains guidance, influence, and tradition. Although these two sources sound basic and logical, they actually have complex roles starting from infancy to maturity. The beginning of culture and communication was what influenced people to start educating themselves, and also to create a world that would be better for people compared to how it was in the past. The basis from both of these sources contribute to the outcome of events that occurs in the community today. An example of a culture that is impacted by communication is the Hmong people. Hmong people struggled to survive, and were in need of a better place. Hmong immigrants migrated to the United States due to the abundant opportunities such as career choices, education, and lifestyle. Communication…show more content…
