William Harvey was an English physician was responsible for us knowing the way blood flows throughout our body so well. Harvey was born in the United Kingdom in 1578 and is known as the England physician who discovered the circulatory system and by giving details on how blood flows through the body from top to bottom and how it is pumped from the hart to all the other parts of the body. His description summarizes the complete circuit; the circuit starts at the heart and leads back to the heart.
