Trust is the foundation of all types of relationships. The definition of trust from Merriam-Webster, it means the belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, effective, etc. (Merriam- Webster.com). It takes time and effort to build up the foundation of honesty and to let other to depend on. In the world of business, trust is the basic way to establish a fond and positive relationship. It takes time to build up the foundation. However, it takes second to destroy the foundation of trust. And, it is never great to the business, and it could lead to serious damage to the business. The media is also taking such a big part of the event. They are they one who broadcast the preparation, scoops from each and every player, the location of the event, and even the side story of each team and each player. When there is such a huge event happening, if there are any frauds or flaws would become such great news to report over and over again. The media would also look for related or deeper news about the incidents. Trust has become great issues with the scandal in 2015. When the committee were preparing the event, there are many manpower, financial, and resources needed to get the event ready and to go smoothly. There are spots that could oversee or purposely did it for the personal favorite. Communication, integrity, and trust take parts of the committee. When it comes to sport, it is easy to think of why communication is important. It is important for the coach to communicate with the players because he or she has the way to help the players to play better and win the races or games. On the other hand, the players need to trust the coach the way he or she teaches. There are methods that it is not agreeable for everyone. However, the coaches supposingly are the people to guide the players how to be in the best performance when they are in the races or games. The coaches are experienced and knowledgeable with what they do. The coaches and the players need to trust each other and communicate with each other to be able to perform the best. When it comes to the races or games, the players need to be honest in the games and win the game fair. There are many ways the players could do to win the game.
