Have you ever questioned whether education is at its best or if the system itself lacks promise for students to reach their full potential? We all know traditionally that a student’s lack of engagement is consistent, paying for education can move people away from attending school and taking general education can be a time waste. However; lets reverse the situation, where we have those topics alternated. Ultimately going through the process and assembling the dream school. To this very day various schools lack engagement with teachers to students and versa; however, not only does it affect how a student learns, but causes their creativity to diminish while being taught. On the other hand; Europe, majority of countries have their education system to be free, allowing a larger part of the population to complete a college level education. Such a prominent education such as college degree is seen as a privilege and not a right, but not everyone has that privilege as well as with the way higher education costs now. Ultimately this must be reversed to being a right; otherwise, less and less people will be able to go. Therefore; our country will become less educated, which gives us the idea to invert this situation. As humans who belong to a society that revolves around a currency to get around and live, without getting education a well paid career would be much more difficult. A career is acquired through knowledge of some degree; however, majority of the population cannot afford an education, which titles those without a college education “average”? In Mike Rose short story, “I Just Wanna Be Average” Mr Rose comes to realize that higher education is important and must be accessible to everyone who desires to pursue knowledge. Our education needs to emphasize on focusing on the student’s opportunity. Giving them the chance and drive to discover the true fascination of learning, without imposing all the financial constraints that have become so commonplace. As of right now students aren't satisfied or excited about paying large amounts of cash for courses they're not interested in taking. In addition, these requirements often take a couple of years to complete and that can be a load of time wasted just to reach your career classes. As a matter of fact, lets just rid of these general education classes and emphasizes on teaching students in what career choice they want to learn. Therefore, students will be prepared for the real world as well as go and out quicker into the work force. From my personal opinion, students such as myself have gone far into our education to get at this level; although, we are forced to go through this system because there isn't any credible way? The dream school would excuse the use of general education and allow students to reach out their career goal, which would allow them to save time and
