Temple University Speech Language Hearing Center Oral Peripheral Examination Patient XXX XXXX, a 23 year-old female, was evaluated at Temple University Speech Language Hearing Center on September 29, 2015 for an oral peripheral examination. XXX was referred by her family physician, Dr. Smith of Temple University. First impression of XXX’s overall facial symmetry and tone were unremarkable, both static and in motion, with no indication of mouth breathing.
