"Smack That," a popular song by Akon, was actually a song used to listen to all the time. However, after watching the music video and carefully listening to the lyrics, I realized the song was only degrading women. The music video portrays women that are half naked dancing in what seems to be strip club, only to satisfy the men. In this song, Akon is basically saying he has enough money to win over any women he likes, as if every women would only come to him just for that reason. This illustrates his ignorance and how he is objectifying all women to be uneducated and just a bunch of sexual objects.
