Just wanted to let you know before Mandy sends out a letter to Jason, the results of the RACI HR tier placement and salary/equity analysis made by the Provost Management Center, for all research administration classifications across Duke.
The methodology used to determine the tier placement and proposed salary increase for FY16, has been assessed, and after further review of Kim’s strides in her advanced continuing education/training, years of experience and; and a 30-year regression model. A recommendation was made based on the RACI tier placement that a 5% adjustment should be made effective 10/01/15. Kim will receive an additional $2,300 to her annual salary that will bring her within 5% of the model salary. The budgetary impact for
