The project training in semester 9 indicates the integration of the…show more content… Paper Core – it is installed on fixtures of slitting machine. On this core machine rewinds the polyester film by cutting from the polyester film installed in step 3, as per the instructions given by operator from computer software.
5. Labelling – printed label is put on the final re-cut polyester film roll (final roll).
6. Wrapping – final roll is wrapped from transparent blue colour packaging polythene.
7. Unloading the final roll from machine to delivery rack.
8. From delivery rack it is transferred to manual conveyor drive.
9. Conveyor drive is passed to packaging area containing batch of 10-15 final film rolls.
10. 2 workers unload the final rolls to forklift and take it to weighing machine.
11. Every roll is weighed and data is recorded in log book.
12. From the log book the same data is filled in yellow slips to be passed to SAP area.
13. Data from yellow slips are recorded in SAP and labels are printed to be pasted on final roll packaging.
14. Meanwhile the weighed final rolls are put plastic caps on both sides and are placed somewhere in packaging area.
