Do you think kids under the age of 18 should have to wear a helmet while riding skateboard or in line skates? Kids should be forced to wear a helmet while doing recreational events it’s their choice. The kids should be able to choose whether or not they want to wear a helmet or not. The state cannot get in trouble for a kid getting hurt while kids are doing recreational events on their own time. Kids shouldn’t have to wear helmets riding a skate board if people that ride motorcycles don’t have to.
First, Kids should be forced to wear a helmet while doing recreational events it’s their choice. The kids should have their own choice of wearing a helmet. If they don’t want to wear a helmet and their parents are fine with it then the state should have no right to try to force them to. The choice should fully be up to the kids and the parents.
