are devoted to the latest leadership fad. These books focus on array of methodologies and styles that will achieve great success in leading. However, from the life of Gregory we can pull various topics that can lead to great leadership. Such as, being humble, focusing on pastoral care, being educated (this does not have to be Higher education), understanding your people, and understanding worship in your context. Day three brought the most unexpected surprises and reflections that I have started to integrate in my ministry. The tool that I will integrate in every ministry position I hold will be the ministry map. I have acquired tools from the social sciences that focus on gathering information that is similar to that of the ministry map. However, the ministry map move a step beyond these tools. The ministry map included the things that happened with in a timeline. What I found in the ministry map is an integration various elements such as people, places, events, geography, timelines, testimonies, sacrifices, change, endurance, power, violence, Christian history etc. After putting all these elements together one tries to find how these things affected how we got to the present moment. I learned a few things that were obvious through regular research, such as the Corps that the Kroc Center replaced, the location of that Corps, the people that attended the Corps, etc. However, after interviewing people that new more about the Kroc Center, I learned the building of this Center was not met with hope and appreciation; rather, it was a very tumultuous experience for all involved.
