Professor X is a legend who has inspired many today. Professor X has qualities of a hero such as sympathetic, valiant, and noble. Charles was born into a wealthy family and was the son of a nuclear researcher named Brian Xavier. He found his powers when he was able to read the mind of a man who could have saved his father from a terrible accident. That man ended up marrying Charles' mother, Sharon Xavier. The family has further problems such as Charles’s step brother bullying him but, he was able to get past that and go to college at age 16. Professor X attended Oxford University and later in life, went to Harvard. He was a gifted child and continued to show his talent throughout his life. He met his love, Moira Kinross, only for her to send him a letter saying how she found another man while he fought in the Korean War. After the engagement was broken up, he started to travel the world where he meets the Shadow King, a powerful and evil mutant. Xavier defeats the Shadow king which leads to his decision to devote his life to protecting humanity from evil mutants.…show more content…
Also, he created a safe haven known as the X- Mansion where the mutants can develop their powers free from the prejudice of humans as well as learn to forgive humans for their discrimination against these innocent mutants. His compassionate personality has further helped him into defeating his enemies, one being Magneto. He fights for the greater good of the society, being a leader to many. Professor X is a hero because of his traits of selflessness, leadership, and responsibility. He was a very brave and intelligent man.
