Police brutality is defined as when a police officer beats a person for no apparent reason. Police brutality is the most serious problem in the United States. Human rights are always being violated because of the police always assuming things. Police brutality is not just a one state thing, but it occurs in every state and community. Police brutality exists in many countries, even those that are against it. It is one of several forms of police misconduct which refers to inappropriate actions by police officers. It includes false arrest; intimidation; racial profiling; political repression; and many more. Sometimes it may involve physical force meaning that police officers force you to do something that you do not want to do, so they force you to do it. Police officials when surveyed about the brutality, 43% said that following rules with not get the job done, 25% officials stated that usually police officer harasses a citizen based on his/her race. According to survey, it was stated that more than 79% of police officers are not satisfied with the laws related to judicial system to arrest a criminal and 84% of police officials have witnessed that superior officers make use of external force to arrest a person for indulging in criminal activities. The problem with police brutality is that police officers think that they can do anything that they want. I do not think that is it right for any police to tell others what to do. Some police officers think because they have a badge that they can do anything to you. I am not saying that all police officers are not bad because we have some good ones too.
