Foreword: Cigarettes are not necessarily beautiful, in fact they are sublime. It means that the virtue of their charming power is to engage human beings in the sublime feelings. People feel something like darkly beautiful, inevitably painful pleasure that arises from some intimation of eternity. While smoking a cigarette one has a chance to taste of infinity that quickly becomes a habit. Being sublime in their nature, cigarettes are able to resist all arguments that are directed against them. All these arguments are stated from the perspective of health and utility. Warning smokers or neophytes of the dangers helps them to understand more powerfully what the world they are coming in.

The main objective of Nevada’s legislators is to ban cigarette smoking in public places where children are allowed. The other prohibited places include restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, shopping malls and schools. The changes are sponsored by a number of institutions including the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Lung Association, Nevada State Medical Association and the Nevada Academy of Family Physicians.
