The basic idea of justice was established over 14,000 years ago, presumably similar to what remains of the oral tradition of the Native Americans (Russell Kirk 1). Therefore, Native Americans made the acquaintance of justice even before these Europeans brought them the definition of trial sand laws during colonization, which began as early as the 10th century. Justice nowadays takes place in every daily conversation, regardless of age or ethnicity. However, justice doesn’t have an exact meaning but through certain factors, the idea of justice can be easily pictured.
