What about Tim Horton that's just around the corner or that hamburger you've been craving for so long. Why am I here you ask? Today I am here to challenge you. {Point towards the audience} I have also created a poster that will be shown in the near end of this presentation. So let's get started: Did you know that 31 % of Canadian teen kids are overweight or obese all the ages of 5 to 17, now why have we let this issue deteriorate to this point?. You know that one episode that was so good you just had to finish the whole season in one night or what about the bike that's in the garage that you haven't used in over a year because "you don't have time" { Air quotes} All is pure temptations, now ask yourself this ; was that season really worth it? , do you really not have time?. Do you want to know a secret? {Smile} The truth is to be healthy is just another big sacrifice that you have to make in life, it's no one's choice but yours { Gesture towards the audience} , you have to know what's right for you and your family and that's the only way stay in shape, have a good health, and live longer. I know that you have probably heard this many times before but as the wise Maya Angelou said " people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." I want you to feel something when you leave this room today, that's my goal and what I am aiming for, I want to challenge you to change your own
