To begin with, according to an article by Michael Gonchar in the New York Times, a disputed issue about whether to let students play football or not, has raised recently in high schools. Based on the article, a football quarterback at Warren Hills Regional High School in New Jersey was dead instantly after a blow on the field on September 25, 2015. Apparently, this incident bothers high schools’ principals so astoundingly that they can’t ignore the players’ safety.
