James Taylor is an inspiration to songwriters and musicians of all kinds all over the world. He is great at writing in a way that connects with audiences of all kinds. For more than forty years James has been a guide for his fans and through his music he lets other people know that they are not alone. James Taylor is a successful musician who has written a lot of songs in his career that are liked by people around the globe. James Vernon Taylor was born on March 12, 1948, In Boston, Massachusetts. At the age of 3, he moved with his family to North Carolina, where he lived for the rest of his childhood. His family had a lot of money and usually spent summers on Martha’s Vineyard, off the coast of Massachusetts. James’ father, Isaac Taylor, was a physician. His mother, Gertrude Taylor, was a singer. When James was young he learned to play a few instruments like the cello and the guitar.
