Emotional Intelligence as Moderator: Meyer and Salovey (1997) had developed the Theory of Emotional Intelligence. They had explained that emotional intelligence is “the ability to perceive emotions, to access and generate emotions so as to assist thought, to understand emotions and emotional knowledge, and to reflectively regulate emotions so as to promote emotional and intellectual growth” (p.5). Adoption of emotional intelligence according to needs of employees shows meaningful impact on employees to reduce stress (Darvish & Nasrollahi, 2011). It shows significant impact on employees who involve in verity of tasks and roles and let the employees to cope up with stress enhance their efficiency and emotional relationships (Kalyoncu,Guney, Arslan,Guney & Ayranci, 2012). Adoption of emotional intelligence capable employees to cope with stress related problems and consequently increases employees’ attitudinal and behavioral outcomes, which will lead to organizational achievements as well (Ismail, Suh-Suh, Ajis & Dollah, 2009) The ability to effectively deal with emotions and emotional information at work place, employees get assistance to cope up with stress on job. Emotional intelligence is critical for success of organizations and needs individuals’ involvement in emotional context based practices. It tends to increase by being more aware of feelings, effectively handle distressing emotions, listen, and empathize.
