Each one of these objects brings heavy influence and emotion into the lives of many. Such as a man with great despair brings violence and sadness to his friends or seek pity to repair himself, or as a woman with high hopes and dreams achieves greatness within her life. Such emotions can ruin, create and flourish emotions and life throughout an individual’s life. In the start, Laertes had very high hopes (as the young person he was) and was having the time of his life in France. Laertes does not play a large part in the story until his father is killed by Hamlet (Polonius is caught by Hamlet spying on him with his mother). This fills Laertes with great anger and despair, enough to almost kill King Claudius (who he thought it was) immediately. King Claudius tells Laertes that Hamlet was the murderer of the nobleman Polonius, and Laertes almost immediately plots a way to kill Hamlet, which feeds his bravery and anger. As Laertes was just about to put his plan in action, his sister Ophelia, has committed one of the worst sins of the time: Suicide. Laertes Anger was swollen as well as his sadness and despair, fueling him to give no leave on Hamlet for the crime he has devoted Polonius. Claudius grew hope that he could lead his brother's great kingdom and thought his brother did not deserve the throne that he (Hamlet’s father) himself had earned. By trying to grow his hope he had killed his very own brother in cold blood, stealing his throne and only sprouting grief within him. The only hope that he would receive in the future is the hope that he should live another day (After he finds that hamlet is planning to claim revenge). What would happen, no single human mind could believe: the King has resurrected as a Ghost and pleaded his son (Hamlet) to take revenge on King Claudius. King Claudius showed very little despair when lying about his brother’s death until Prince Hamlet decided to hint at Claudius that he knew what he had done; Hamlet has thrown at play for Claudius. The play was edited by Hamlet to reenact the murder of the Original King. Claudius fears that his people will start to figure out the hints Hamlet leaves throughout the play, build up a very powerful emotion: Nervousness. As King Claudius’s emotions of fear, and despair grows; he grows very wary of Hamlet’s actions. He decides to execute Hamlet, but not on his hands of course! He sends Hamlet down to England and pleads for the execution of the Prince, but Hamlet escapes and attends Ophelia’s funeral. Not to just merely prove that he is just alive, but to prove that he is just fine and to toy with Claudius and Laertes
