The perception I have after conducting research has changed slightly. I have a greater understanding of Bull sharks and why they are so dangerous. Due to the ability to live in fresh and salt water and the shallow environment they spend most of their time in, humans encounter Bull sharks more than most sharks. I still have negative perception due to their aggressive behavior and ability to thrive in shallow, fresh or salt water. Also through past experiences with Bull sharks, I have developed a fear of them; however, I understand that the encounters I have had are because they were seeking an easy meal. My perception has changed slightly because I understand that they encounter more humans than most sharks, so the attacks are more than most.
