After researching the years of education, another thing that comes along with it is the salary which is connected to the state that I want to work in, in this case it is AZ (see Table 2). Starting with Ambulatory, their salary is an average of 54,000 dollars a year making it an average of twenty-three dollars an hour, is if I work for 40 hours a week. As far as of what I know, I would say that it is a good amount when it comes on doing something that I am passionate for and requires four years of college. Midwifes get payed an average of 66,000 dollars a year giving me an average of twenty- eight dollars an hour, making it five dollars more a per day compared to ambulatory ,keeping in mind it is two more years of college.
