By utilizing his own life story, Alex Charfen presents a powerful speech that delivers an important message to all individuals. He makes it clear that stress should not be eliminated from life, but rather, it should be formed from positive perception and then employed constructively. He emphasized the idea that stress equalizes growth, and as individuals grow, the ability to take on stress becomes exponential. Basically, the more often stress is applied as a positive element that can be controlled, the more individuals are contributing to their lifelong development.
