Without the rise of civilizations, the population of the earth would still be living in a prehistoric non-culture with no government, laws, or even written language. Without ordered and developed societies, there would be no culture, cities, or even large people groups who share common beliefs. Throughout history, many different civilizations, societies, and cultures have evolved in many different ways and contexts.
