To complement the areas of strength, a wise leader assembles effective teams of experienced, goal oriented, credentialed, specialized experience, positive attitude with a fearless, and highly credentialed within the group. Realistically, few executives possess all of the skills and abilities necessary to demonstrate total mastery of every requisite area within the group in order to build a powerful team that understand issues, create solutions, and to act on them to get effective results (Javitch, 2009). According to the scholarly article, “ The Leadership Challenge,” written by Lorri Freifeld, it states, “ To be credible in action, leaders must be clear about their beliefs and morale; they must know what they stand for ” (Freifeld, 2012).
