I love baseball! Baseball is my favorite sport I ever played because I like the game and I like to work hard to be the best player I can be. I remember when I first started playing on my travel team. It was really fun to travel around Iowa playing the game I love with my friends. Cedar Rapids, Iowa is where it began. Our team, the Dubuque County Express, was a new travel team made up of kids from Peosta, Epworth, Farley, and Dubuque. We went out there on the field that day with our lime green jerseys (now red and navy blue) and played our hearts out. Our first game was against a team from Iowa City.
