In his article “Blue Collar Brilliance,” Mike Rose, a professor at the UCLA Graduate School of Education, and Information Studies, implies that there is no difference between blue collar workers and white collar worker in terms of intelligence. He uses his mother as an example of someone who does not have a high school education, but can still do many different tasks like taking a customer’s order, talking to the customers, and knowing how long it should take for an order to be ready.
