Sinthasomphone agreed to go to Dahmer’s apartment and receive money from Dahmer for posing for photographs in the nude or semi-nude. Dahmer did photograph Sinthasomphone and provided him with a drink that caused Sinthasomphone to become unconscious. Dahmer caused Sinthasomphone to sustain a serious head injury. Dahmer briefly left his apartment, and thereafter Sinthasomphone regained consciousness and fled from the apartment injured and totally nude.
