Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, founded by Ken Grossman and Paul Camusi in 1980, has been recognized as one of the most popular craft brewing industries in the country. It is a homebrewing beer company headquartered in Chico, California. The name ‘Sierra Nevada Brewing Company’ comes from the mountains in Sierra Nevada, where Ken always loves to hike (Cook 1). During the initial years of operation, the company had some financial and commercial issues. However, in the late 1980s to 1990s, the company was able to expand its capacity and build a new brewery. The company then earned the recognition of other craft breweries and gained a reputation among the top institutions in the country. Since its establishment 34 years ago, the company has remained committed to the environment, social health, and green production.
