Deborah Tannen in her essay titled Sex, Lies and Conversation; Why Is It So Hard for Men and Women to Talk to Each Other? That males and woman aren’t in the same mind when it comes to sharing of ones feelings and how that can change once they both see their flaws. Woman and man live in two different worlds but are parallel to each other in the relationship, when a problem comes to the surface a man might hide it and live with it to not feel shamed or humiliated depending on the subject. While a female wants to share everything about the subject or matter at hand. Take for example a couple is at the mall and the man bumps into an ex of theirs he will find the nearest exit out of the situation to not complicate his current or future endeavor with the girl he is with now, while the woman if she pumped into an ex of hers she might talk about history or current events. This is because she isn’t afraid to open up while her man hides how he feels about it.…show more content…
