John Dewey-Dewey focused on educating the whole child. He also thought schools were to restrictive. If it wasn't for him, all schools would be like the military. Since, he allowed students to move around children started to learn from play.
Jean Jacques Piaget- Piaget had the theory of Schemas. Considering this he said that children can build off of what they already know. Children can also create new schemas in order to learn more about that topic. Using this information, teachers can tie emotions into their lessons.
