Banning the advertising in Sau Paulo has many positive and negative effects. A lot of cities around the world are famous by its advertising signs such as, New York and Tokyo. Advertising considered as one of the most important economic columns in a lot of cities. Some people see that ads are interesting and useful. On the other hand, many people think that ads are useless and prevent them of watching the natural view of many places.
